25060. Whenever a vacancy occurs in a board of supervisors, the Governor shall fill the vacancy. The appointee shall hold office until the election and qualification of his or her successor.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 76, Sec. 98. (AB 383) Effective January 1, 2014.)
