No county ordinance passed prior to September 13, 1941, is void solely by reason of the fact that it was not published for a full week within 15 days after its passage, if the first actual publication of the ordinance was within the 15-day period, and thereafter actual publication was made for a full week.(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
