An ordinance code adopted and fully published, or adopted by reference as provided in this article, may be subsequently recompiled, recodified and indexed, including such restatement and substantive change as is necessary in the interest of clarity, in the same manner as prescribed by this article for the original adoption by reference of an ordinance code.(Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 287.)
