The board of supervisors may finance any enterprise and issue revenue bonds pursuant to the Revenue Bond Law of 1941 (Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 54300) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5), and a county service area shall be deemed a 'local agency' for the purposes of that chapter.(Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 158, Sec. 2.
