25515.3. The procedure prescribed by this article may be used by a county notwithstanding any other provision of law and without complying with any other provisions in conflict therewith. This procedure, which shall be an alternative to any other procedure provided by law, shall be applicable to public real property regardless of the manner in which the real property was acquired, the purposes for which the real property was acquired, or the uses, if any, previously made of the property.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1136, Sec. 2.)
