Any resolution of acceptance of any bid made by the board of supervisors authorizes and directs the president of the board of supervisors, or other presiding officer, or the members thereof, to execute a deed or lease and to deliver it upon performance and compliance by the purchaser or lessee of all the terms or conditions of his contract to be performed concurrently therewith.(Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 1800.)
