Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board of supervisors of a county of the 15th class may sell, trade, or lease property near the county courthouse in conjunction with a lease-purchase agreement for a replacement facility through an open and competitive request-for-proposal process.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 302, Sec. 1.)
