25539.3. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board of supervisors of a county of the 34th class may lease to employees of the county, without competitive bidding, county dwellings in locations which the board of supervisors deems to be remote, if the board of supervisors determines that it is necessary to assign the employees to such remote location.(Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 377.)
