By unanimous vote, the board of supervisors of any county owning real property situated in any city which is not used and is not needed for any public purpose may convey it to the city for public park purposes, without consideration other than the agreement of the city to establish and maintain a public park on the property.(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
