25550.6. Whenever property owned by any county and which is devoted to or held for ultimate use for park, amusement or recreational purposes is included within a city by annexation, the ownership and control of such property shall remain in the county unless the board of supervisors shall convey such property to the city as provided in Section 25550.5.(Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 776.)
