25705. For the purposes of this article, the county may incur a bonded indebtedness, upon the conditions, in the manner, and in accordance with the procedure prescribed by Article 1 (commencing at Section 29900) of Chapter 6 of Division 3 of this title.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 28.)
