§ 25719

25719. If the plan is approved by at least 50 percent of the cities within whose boundaries reside at least 50 percent of the population of the county, the plan shall be the official policy and plan for the county and affected governmental entities within the county.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 178.)
