25732. The power to construct, acquire, and develop works for the generation of hydroelectric power and to operate and maintain such works shall only apply to works constructed, acquired, developed, operated, and maintained after September 29, 1981. The power to construct, acquire, and develop works for the generation of wind energy power and to operate and maintain such works shall only apply to works constructed, acquired, developed, operated, and maintained after the effective date of the amendments to this section enacted by the Statutes of 1982.(Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 351, Sec. 3.)
