The county director of emergency services shall have the duties prescribed by state law and executive order, the California Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement, mutual aid operational plans adopted pursuant thereto, and by county ordinances and resolutions.(Amended by Stats. 1971, Ch. 38.)
