The provisions of this article shall become operative in any county only upon their adoption by a resolution passed by unanimous vote of the board of supervisors thereof at a regular meeting at which all members are present. Such resolution may be repealed by the board of supervisors at any time by a three-fifths vote.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1555.)
