26625.7. An employee of the sheriff’s office who desires to transfer into the office of court services shall make application through the appropriate division to the court security bureau commander. That employee, if approved by the Court Security Oversight Committee for transfer to the court security bureau, shall execute an agreement to serve in the court security bureau for a minimum term of three years.(Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 283, Sec. 6.
