The fee for serving or executing a bench warrant arising from an order of appearance issued under subparagraph (A) of paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 491.160 or subparagraph (A) of paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 708.170 of the Code of Civil Procedure is fifty dollars ($50).(Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 277, Sec. 4.
