26840.2. Whenever the board of supervisors of a county makes provision by ordinance for the issuance of marriage licenses outside of the normal business hours, the board may establish a fee, in addition to that provided in Section 26840, not to exceed five dollars ($5), which shall be paid to the county treasury.(Amended by Stats. 1981, Ch. 199, Sec. 1.)
