The fee for filing, canceling, revoking, or withdrawing the bond of a notary public is seven dollars ($7).The recording fee for the notice of cancellation, revocation, or withdrawal and any related document by the surety shall be paid to the county clerk, who shall transmit it to the county recorder.(Amended by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1090, Sec. 15.)
