§ 26855.1

26855.1. The fee for filing a power of attorney for an admitted surety insurer, or a notice of cancellation, revocation, or withdrawal of a power of attorney for an admitted surety insurer, is three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50), or, if more than one name is designated, two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) for each name.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 876, Sec. 11.
