27203.5. If the recorder willfully and maliciously commits any of the acts described in Section 27203 or derives a personal financial benefit from committing any of those acts, the recorder is liable to the party aggrieved for three times the amount of damages occasioned thereby.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 269, Sec. 4.
