The recorder shall keep two indices of mortgages, labeled respectively: 'Mortgagees of real property' and 'Mortgagees of personal property,' with the pages thereof divided into three columns, headed respectively: 'Names of mortgagees,' 'Names of mortgagors,' and 'Where recorded.'(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
