27279.3. (a) A requester and addressee for delivery of a recorded image may record a digitized image of a recordable instrument if the requester meets the conditions set forth in paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 27279.1.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2000.(Repealed (in Sec. 5) and added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 463, Sec. 6.
