The recorder shall file and record in the record of deeds, grants, and transfers, certified copies of final judgments or decrees partitioning or affecting the title or possession of real property, any part of which is situated in his county. From the time of filing with the recorder for record, the certified copy of the judgment or decree imparts notice to all persons of its contents, and any subsequent purchaser, mortgagee, and lien-holder purchases and takes with the same notice and effect as if the copy of the decree were a duly recorded deed, grant, or transfer.(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
