29531. The board of supervisors shall continuously appropriate the money in such fund for expenditure for the purposes specified in this article and in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 99200) of Part 11 of Division 10 of the Public Utilities Code.(Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1400.)
