In any county that establishes a local child support agency family or child support trust fund pursuant to this article, the board of supervisors shall make these amounts available annually to the local child support agency as determined to be necessary by the auditor-controller. The auditor-controller shall cause those amounts to be transferred to the local child support agency family or child support trust fund.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 808, Sec. 102.5.
