(a) The local child support agency shall forward attached or intercepted moneys upon which advances were made to the trust fund within three days of receipt from the attaching or intercepting agency.(b) The local child support agency shall not designate the application of money returned to the trust fund to a specific case.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 808, Sec. 105.
