The local child support agency trust fund is in addition to any other appropriations for the local child support agency, and this article shall not be construed to limit or affect any provision of law relative to the expenses of the local child support agency which are incurred and paid as other county claims after allowance by the board of supervisors.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 808, Sec. 106.
