Failure of a claimant to use a form prescribed by the board pursuant to Section 29705 is not a defense to a suit against the county on a claim for which Part 3 (commencing with Section 900) and Part 4 (commencing with Section 940) of Division 3.6 of Title 1 requires a claim to be presented.(Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 454, Sec. 75.)
