29800. All warrants issued by the county auditor shall be numbered consecutively within each series. The number, date, amount of each, and the name of the person to whom payable, shall be stated thereon. The auditor shall enter the warrants in his register at the time they are issued.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 73.)
