29804. Except as provided in Section 53912, the auditor shall issue warrants on the treasurer for all debts and demands against the county when the amounts are fixed by law or are authorized by law to be allowed by a person or tribunal other than the board.(Amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 144, Sec. 2.)
