31899.5. Each county, and each district that establishes its own replacement benefits program, shall administer the replacement benefits program established by it pursuant to this chapter. The board may, pursuant to an agreement with the county or the district that establishes its own program, assist in the administration of the replacement benefits program to the extent permitted under the Internal Revenue Code.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 520, Sec. 14.
