31454.5. In any county subject to the provisions of Section 31676.1, 31676.11, 31676.12, or 31695.1 the board of supervisors may, by vote entered in the minutes of the board, make an additional appropriation sufficient to fund over a period of 30 years any deficit which may result to the system because of the adoption of Section 31676.1, 31676.11, 31676.12, or 31695.1 or by the adoption of Articles 6.8, 7.5 and 8.7. The board of supervisors may make such additional appropriation whether recommended by the board or not.(Amended by Stats. 1973, Ch. 55.)
