31469.6. Law enforcement employees of a harbor improvement district are safety members subject to Article 6.8 (commencing with Section 31639) and Article 7.5 (commencing with Section 31662) of this chapter, and to such other provisions of this chapter as apply to safety members.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 731.)
