31470.1. 'Member' includes 'county peace officer member' except in sections where county peace officer members are specifically excluded. Anything else in this act to the contrary notwithstanding, where there is a conflict with the special provisions pertaining to county peace officer members said special provisions shall apply.(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 1197.)
