31470.4. All county foresters, county firewardens, deputies or assistant county foresters, deputies or assistant county firewardens, firefighters, fire apparatus engineers, fire prevention inspectors, forest firemen, fire patrolmen, aircraft pilots, and foremen assigned to fire suppression crews, all other personnel assigned to active fire suppression in any county forester’s or county firewarden’s department and all officers, engineers, and firemen of any county fire protection district, and all other personnel assigned to active fire suppression in any county fire protection district are eligible.(Amended by Stats. 1981, Ch. 641, Sec. 1.)
