31778.4. Upon termination of employment and retirement from the system, a member who has elected to participate in the program shall receive the member’s program payment, as calculated pursuant to Section 31778.1 and in accordance with the distribution provisions of Sections 31776.3, 31776.4, and 31776.5.(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 897, Sec. 1.
