31840.8. The provisions of this chapter extending rights to a member of a county retirement system established under this chapter by reason of his or her membership in the Public Employees’ Retirement System shall also apply to members of the State Teachers’ Retirement System Defined Benefit Plan, the Judges’ Retirement System, and the Judges’ Retirement System II.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 433, Sec. 4.
