31872. Any such increases in allowances which are not funded as provided in Section 31871 and any such increases which are based upon service rendered after the applicable date of this article (as fixed pursuant to Section 31874) shall be funded by contributions set by the board, as it determines necessary.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 159.)
