31874.4. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board of supervisors in a county of the 10th class may provide in any ordinance implementing any section in this article that the provision of this article requiring unused increases or decreases in any year to be accumulated for future years shall not apply to those employees and officials specified in the ordinance.(Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 707, Sec. 5.
