31552.4. Employees and officers described in Section 101851 of the Health and Safety Code shall not automatically become members of the retirement system of the health authority established pursuant to this chapter, and their eligibility for retirement benefits shall be established pursuant to the provisions of that section.(Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 311, Sec. 2.
