31557.2. Any action heretofore taken by the governing body of a district under Section 31557, or under color of that section, is hereby confirmed and validated and made fully effective. Membership in the association of any officers and employees of any district who were included in the association by such action of the governing body, is hereby validated and confirmed and made fully effective as of the time of such inclusion.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1676.)
