In those counties in which the retirement board has authorized the treasurer to control and hold the assets of the retirement system pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 31595.1, the treasurer shall be responsible for filing the statement required by Section 31597 or Section 31597.1, as applicable.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 584, Sec. 11.
