31685.96. (a) The age factor applicable to the nonmember shall be based on the age of the nonmember at the time of his or her retirement.(b) The board shall adopt age factors as recommended by the actuary.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 670, Sec. 2 (1st text). Effective January 1, 1995.)
