31695.3. From and after the effective date of the approval of the board of supervisors under Section 31695.1, all of the provisions of this chapter relating to safety members which apply to counties coming under the provisions of Section 31676.1, prior to January 1, 1953, except as provided in Section 31695.2, shall apply in such county.(Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 568.)
