31676. The prior service pension is an additional pension for members purchased by the contributions of the county or district, equal to one-sixtieth of the average annual compensation earnable by him during the last three years prior to the establishment of the system and the last three years of service, multiplied by the number of years of prior service credited to him.(Amended by Stats. 1947, Ch. 348.)
