§ 31676.56

31676.56. In any county coming under the provisions of Section 31676.1 subsequent to January 1, 1953, any member having in excess of 30 years of service may within 90 days from the effective date of this amendment elect in writing not to come under the provisions of Section 31676.1.(Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 992.)
