§ 31681.6

31681.6. In any county which made Section 31676.1 of the Government Code applicable effective July 1, 1962, the board of supervisors may by resolution make the benefits provided by Section 31676.1 applicable to employees who retired prior to July 1, 1962, and after the board of supervisors first adopted a resolution providing that Section 31676.1 would become applicable provided that such employees’ retirement was by reason of having reached the age of compulsory retirement prior to July 1, 1962. In such instance the employees shall be entitled to the benefits provided by Section 31676.1 as of July 1, 1962.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 767.)
