The board of supervisors shall determine and appropriate each year an amount sufficient, together with the contributions of the peace officers, to meet all of the current demands, including interest, against the fund. The amount shall not be less than the total amount which will be contributed by members during that year.(Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
