32204.5. Any person who enters service as a 'county forester, firewarden, or fireman' and has reached his fortieth birthday, shall be ineligible to become a member under this chapter, except any person who is a member at the time of the adoption of this amendment will retain his membership.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 1369.)
